Thanksgiving is the perfect holiday for wellness lovers! It’s a whole day dedicated to eating delicious food, spending quality time with friends and family, and reflecting on all the incredible things we have to be grateful for. That’s a lot of nourishment in one day!

But when you’re busy, time-crunched, and exhausted, Thanksgiving can become one more stressful “to do” and all that nutrient-dense, soul-filling goodness can go out the window.

Back in the day when I was a full-time television art director, that was my Thanksgiving experience.

I wouldn’t know if I had to work on Turkey Day until the last minute and I definitely never got Wednesday off to relax and prepare my favorite healthy Thanksgiving recipes.

Stuck at work until the 11th hour, I’d either show up to Thanksgiving empty-handed, guilty, and stressed that I was about to blow my diet and descend into digestive distress, or I’d rush to make a complicated, healthy dish and arrive flustered and cranky.

That’s why I’ve created these 18 healthy Thanksgiving recipes. Below you’ll find a list of fast, easy, paleo-friendly recipes from a variety of talented recipe bloggers for every part of your Turkey Day feast. Each of these recipes takes just 20 minutes of active work or less so you can not only save valuable time and stress, but give yourself the freedom to enjoy this day of all-important physical and mental nourishment!

Below you’ll find recipes for every part of your Thanksgiving meal:

  • Drinks
  • Appetizers
  • Main Course
  • Sides
  • Dessert

  1. Bless you! Been looking for some ideas! I think I need the coconut chai hot toddy TODAY. Not waiting for Thanksgiving for that one.

  2. My family was all trying to figure out what blubby meant, in the blubby artichoke dip. I felt like a real dummy when I clicked on the link and the title was BUBBLY artichoke dip. Might wanna correct that. 😉

    1. Oh my goodness, thank you for catching that! ??‍♀️? Even when I spell check an article 5 times it’s amazing what can sneak through unnoticed! And honestly, I had to re-read your comment a few times before I even understood the error you were pointing out! ? You’re definitely NOT a dummy! Thanks for having my back!
