Hi, I’m Ellen Jaworski.
As a holistic health coach and speaker, I help busy, professional women lose weight without adding one more to-do to their list!

I believe there’s a right and wrong way to approach weight loss when you’re busy.
First, here’s the WRONG way…
- you can restrict,
- count every calorie,
- feel hungry all the time,
- workout to exhaustion,
- spend hours meal prepping and shopping,
- mentally and emotionally beat yourself up,
- and add even more stress on to your already busy life
You may lose a few pounds, but in the long run, all that’s going to do is make you feel exhausted, cranky, and miserable.
Trust me, I know. My weight loss journey started this way and because of it, I hit my rock bottom.
Here’s what I discovered is the RIGHT way to lose weight:
- eat until you’re full, energized, and satisfied,
- have fun moving your body,
- sleep and wake up feeling refreshed,
- be kind to yourself,
- and feel relaxed and peaceful while still being the productive, go-getter you are!
This is the recipe for successful, sustainable weight loss.
No sacrificing, no starving, no restriction, and no making it a stressful ordeal that adds more to your already long to-do list.
I’m here to help you not just lose weight, but also gain energy, self-compassion, productivity, and feel like your in the driver’s seat of your life!
MY WELLNESS JOURNEY
Before becoming a holistic health coach, I was an art director for television shows like American Idol and The Voice.
While this sounds glamorous, I was working 12-14 hours a day, often 7 days a week, and I was exhausted, over-stressed, and completely miserable.
To cope with this stress, I’d eat my feelings in the form of candy, cookies, and donuts, sometimes making hourly trips to the snack table on set and sneaking candy back to my desk.
While the sugar made me feel good for a few minutes, ultimately, I felt guilty and full of shame, and my clothes were getting tighter and tighter.
I knew something had to change, but with all the competing health information on the internet, I was unsure that anything would actually work for me.
Ultimately I took what I thought was the easiest, cheapest way forward: restricting, counting my calories, and exercising multiple days a week.
One year and 40ish pounds later, I arrived at 129 pounds and 14% body fat. I had blown past my goal weight of 140 pounds. I was wearing a size 4. And all my friends and coworkers were telling me I looked amazing.
And guess what? I was STILL exhausted, overstressed, and miserable.
Between the stressful calorie counting, the obsessive exercising, constantly beating myself up, and turning down social engagements left and right because I didn’t want to be tempted, losing weight had become a part time job on top of an already full time job.
And most disappointingly, all this work I’d put into losing weight hadn’t brought me confidence, sexiness, and self-love I’d sought.
In fact, I was desperate to lose more weight and get even skinnier. Instead of healing my self-worth, being skinny just fueled my self-criticism and I hit my rock bottom.
That’s when I realized that ‘skinny’ doesn’t equal happy.
I still had many of the problems at 129 pounds as I’d had at 172 pounds – a super stressful job, an emotional eating compulsion, anxiety, financial stress, etc. And my body was giving me clear signs that it was unhealthy.
Then it hit me: if I really wanted to be happy and feel my best, I had to take care of myself, body and mind.
That’s when I discovered the right way to lose weight and keep it off.
I started eating clean, whole foods. I started exercising in a way that supported my body instead of punishing it. I started prioritizing self-care and relaxation. I started treating myself with kindness and compassion.

And instead of a tiring list of to-dos, these habits have become an effortless lifestyle, even five years later.
Not only do these habits help me maintain a healthy weight that makes me feel sexy and confident, but they also fuel me with energy, productivity, passion, and a zest for life!
Now, as a health coach and speaker, it’s my passion to help busy, successful women like you avoid the weight loss mistakes that I made and instead, lose weight while creating the healthy habits that make you feel your best both inside and out – without adding another to-do!
I look forward to supporting you on your path to health and happiness!
Sincerely,
Ellen Jaworski

Success Stories
“I’ve lost over 10lbs, have much more energy, am more in tune with my body…”

“Before working with Ellen, I felt like I had no control of my body because of my work schedule. I couldn’t get into any sort of routine because I was always on the road. I felt unhealthy, unmotivated, and lacked a lot of self-love. I didn’t really know what to expect from health coaching, but I was ready to take control of my health, so I dove in with an open mind!
At first, the process of transforming my health seemed overwhelming. But Ellen quickly makes you realize that it’s about progress, not perfection, curiosity, over judgment! She teaches new concepts step by step, which become part of your weekly goals, and before you know it, you’re crushing your goals every week and feeling so empowered. You have to do the work, though. It’s challenging and time-consuming, but learning how to prioritize my health is one of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned throughout the coaching process.
– Delphine Z.
I am very happy with my results! I’ve lost over 10lbs, have much more energy, am more in tune with my body, and have a much greater awareness around the food I put in my body. I’ve built a routine that stands up to my busy, ever-changing schedule. I have learned to give myself more self-love. I am more confident, more positive, and more motivated than ever to keep going toward the healthiest me possible! Ellen surpassed all of my expectations as a coach. She instantly becomes a close friend you can trust. She is relatable, knowledgeable about every aspect of health and has facts to prove it. She challenges you physically and mentally, and her positive attitude throughout the process makes it so enjoyable.”
“My pain levels have significantly decreased and my mobility has increased…”
I had never struggled with health and diet until few years ago when I hit some roadblocks that severely threw me off my routine of gym time and healthy diet. I was in a place where I no longer enjoyed food, in fact, simply talking about food irritated me. I had also put myself on the back burner when it came to getting in any physical activity. To complicate things even further, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that had me at a high level of chronic pain. I knew I had to do something about my situation.
– Alex B.
Contacting Ellen is a decision I will never regret. Through our work together I was able to rehabilitate my relationship with food. It took several sessions but to my surprise it happened. I overcame my…. one could say “great distaste” for grocery shopping (as it can be overwhelming). I’ve gained new skills that have helped me reconnect with the feeling of good healthy food nourishing my body. And incorporating light activity back into my hectic schedule has been amazing. As a result of these lifestyle changes, I’ve lost 8 lbs, which is an added bonus because I was not expecting to lose weight.
This brings me to my autoimmune disease. I receive a medication injection every two weeks. Though the injection is supposed to relieve symptoms for a full two weeks, mine was only lasting a week to week and a half before I was in pain again. In the middle of my time with Ellen I noticed my medication was beginning to last the full two weeks! My pain levels have significantly decreased and my mobility has increased. I strongly believe that making these changes in my diet and lifestyle has helped my body process/metabolize the medication better, and I feel much better because of it!
